1. Zero-Retention Policy (No Data Storage)
We operate on a "Privacy by Design" principle. When you enter personal information (such as Name, Aadhaar Number, or Bank Details) into our form, that information is processed in real-time solely to generate your PDF document.
We do NOT store, save, or archive any of the personal data you type into the application form. Once the PDF is generated and served to your browser, all your form inputs are instantly purged from our server's temporary memory.
2. Traffic Monitoring & Analytics
To ensure the portal remains stable and to monitor its performance, we collect minimal technical data:
- Total Hits: A counter that increments every time a page is viewed.
- Unique Visitors: We use anonymized IP addresses to count how many unique users visit the portal.
- Live Status: Real-time monitoring of current active sessions.
This technical data contains no personal information and cannot be used to identify you personally.
3. No Marketing or Third-Party Sharing
Since we do not collect or store your names, email addresses, or phone numbers, we have no means to perform marketing or promotional activities. We do not sell, trade, or share any user-related data with third-party companies or agencies.

Users are responsible for the safety of the PDF file once it is downloaded to their local device.

If you choose to submit feedback via our Feedback Form, we only store the Name, Message, and Screenshot provided to help us improve the service. These are the only pieces of data stored in our database, and they are kept separate from the PDF generation process.
